Where are you located?
DH Schmidt Co. is located at 101 Boone Hills Dr, St. Peters MO 63376. Both our office and workshop are located here and we are capable of serving dock high shipments.
Do you accept credit cards as a form of payment?
At this time we accept cash and check for payment. We also have A.C.H. and direct deposit capability.
Are you a member of the AWI-QCP?
DH Schmidt is a certified member of the Architectural Woodwork Institutes Quality Certification Program. We provide quality casework that lasts.
When do you open/close?
We operate Monday through Friday and open at 6:00 am. Our last shipments/pickups need to be by 2:00 pm. Our office closes at 3:30 pm. We are often able to accommodate specific needs or requests if contacted in advance.
Do you do any Residential work?
Our typical customers are General Contractors so we primarily work with the Commercial Industry.
Do you do work only in the St. Louis area?
The majority of our projects are local to the St. Louis area however we have products installed world wide, from New York to New Zealand. Many of our customers are or have national and international brands. We also work with local designers and architects who have projects around the world.
What is your lead time?
Lead time is directly related to the size and scope of each project. For a better estimate on lead time please contact one of our estimators or project managers; they may even be able to provide additional guidance for your project.
I have a project I am needing some work done on and/or some materials for. Can DH Schmidt help?
We are capable in most cases of helping; however, please note that we are a commercial fabricator and our pricing provides the most value on commercial lamination and solid surface projects.
Shipping and Receiving?
We have three-dock-high service doors and one drive-in door. Commercial Shipping and Receiving is typically provided at Dock C. Our open hours for Shipping and Receiving are from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Can we use the dumpster located on your lot?
Only if you are willing to pay us for the materials weight, as we must pay for its emptying by weight.
